First time comes here, but I surely will return. Loved the broths, all 3 we ordered are pretty good and authentic flavored. The hot pot portion is good, you can upgrade the complimentary rice to scallion rice or udon for $1. The popcorn chicken is not the real authentic flavors like it used to be in Taiwan, but still good fried chicken. They offer free tea during lunch time, but no refills. My only concern is the AC, we are all sweaty eating hot pot. Wish they can turn up AC a bit.

I found this place via google maps and decided to give it a shot. I had the Szechuan soup (medium spice level). The food had amazing flavor, the portions were huge, and the spice level perfect! I really loved this place because the flavor in the food came from the condiments themselves. In Los Angeles, I tend to go to Boiling Point for the soup. The spice level at Boiling Point seems to come from a paste vs. the actual red dry chili peppers they add to the soup at Alleway. The restaurant has its own unique style and it has a modern feel to it. The customer service is excellent to say the least. This place is a must if you are in Vegas.

Came on a weekday during dinner and it wasn't too busy. Got seated quick. Ordered the tonkotsu and shared with my daughter and ordered the popcorn chicken and their special fried rice recipe. Restaurant is clean. Once my order came, did not get a refill on water, no one came around to see if I needed anything. Despite the service, food was great.

One of my go to hot pot places here in Vegas. The service can be slow on some days but I would still come back for the sukiyaki!

My favorite individual hotpot place in Vegas! The interior is clean, bright, fun, and the owner is super nice and quick with the service! I've tried a few different flavors of hot pot and none of them disappointed. The sea salt tomato cream is my favorite but all of the choices I tried were filled with flavorful broth, meat, a fun variety of veggies, and tofu/noodles! Pricing is fair/comparable to other individual hot pot spots and definitely worth it in my eyes. They also give free ice green/or black tea as a lunch time special which is cool. This is one of my main stay spots on rotation and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend giving it a try!

This single serving hot pot is close to my house in SW Las Vegas & I am in trouble it is delicious! I got the sea salt tomato broth because I had never tried that at hot pot before. It is delicious- light and flavorful- and comforting. It sort of reminds me a Vietnamese soup called Bun Rieu. I love how all the different toppings were included: Sliced Beef / Vermicelli / Shrimp / Spam/ Meat Ball/ / Fish Tofu / Crab Meat / Lobster ball /Napa/Corn/ Mushroom/ Potato / Konjac/ Tofu Skin. Honestly, it's supposed to be single serve but to me, it's two meals! We upgraded to the scallion garlic gravy rice for $1- so worth it! We also had popcorn chicken- flavorful and crispy just wish there dipping sauce!! Ps. You cannot make substitutions so this is not for a picky eater but the combination was perfect!

Been coming here since they first opened, and l only eat it during winter here in Vegas. l tried a few of their pots and my go to is the Szechwan Spicy (Medium level) and add on $1 for their scallion gravy rice. It's a good size pot with meats and veggies. During lunch you get Free green/black teas.

Winter weather in Vegas. The perfect time to check out another hot pot spot in Vegas. Alleyway Hotpot I feel like different concept for hotpot or never been to one like it. I love the fact u get ur own hot pot that nice size, the depth of it crazy cause amount of broth and feel goodies down very bottom, and each has individual stands with own burner. The stand comes on solid and nice. Talk about diverse selection comes to the menu. Just the different hot pots choose from tough pick one. The whole menu for the most part picture with each dish makes easier. Also separate boba menu. I settled on Kimchi hotpot. Awesome. The broth was spot on. One of the better kimchi broths ever had and all stuff in it. Da bomb. I also ordered the giant fried squid for appetizer. It was good. Messy. My only issue is since one big piece breaded and fried on skewer. Soon cutting it up all breading would fall off and not the same. Presentation is crazy. Interior got so much personality love it. If Lego fan love it even more. They have built figures on shelf and big artwork one of Mario that really cool. It has family vibe to it. Five star service the whole time. If looking solid spot for hotpot. Alleyway Hotpot is winnah.

I'm a fan! I've been meaning to try this place because my brother had recommended it to me awhile ago. However, hotpot never comes first to my mind because you know I love sushi. But on this super cold day in Vegas, there's nothing like a hot pot of flavorful soup to warm you right up. In fact it's so hot that even blowing it doesn't cool it down due to the fact they have the sterno that keeps it warm. Overall, food was tasty and the sauces definitely complimented it. For a Saturday night, it was hopping but we were seated right away. The wait for food after we ordered was about 20 minutes but well worth the wait. It was a clean environment (they clean up fast!) and I know I'll be back.
